Where we ship! We currently ship to addresses in the United States only as for the moment.

Rates

Orders $59 and over: free standard shipping
Orders under $59: $4.95 standard shipping

How long it takes

Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive 5–8 business days after dispatch.
You'll get a tracking link by email within 48 hours of dispatch.

Our products ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes about a week rather than two days.

Duties and import fees You shouldn't be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, please contact us before paying and we'll sort it out.

Lost or late parcels If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after dispatch, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. We can't redirect parcels once they've shipped.
